Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as:

  • Custom or personalized orders. This is because the proof image has been approved by the customer. Unless the delivered item is damaged or different from proof image;
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during the shipping/delivery.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message using our Contact Us page with a few steady photos that clearly show damage is made during the shipping. So, picture of an unpacked/unwrapped package with visible damage must to be sent among other pictures that show damages made on the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 24h-48h from the time we send you refund approval please let us know so we can track that transaction for you. We keep all transaction records and have an impeccable reputation with finance institutions and customers. That said we are absolutely sure that any situation will be resolved with no problem at all.

Cancellations

We don’t accept cancellations due to nature of our service. Commissioning custom portrait from your photo is a long process. This is a totally different process than ordering item of the stock. It takes at least 48h to receive proof. However, we do start working on your order as soon as we receive it so if you cancel it after you submitted my work (time, material and resources) would be practically wasted which is not fair you have to admit it.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please Contact Us using the contact page to receive return address information. The package must be in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
