Shipping and Handling policy

Please note that your order will go through three (3) stages before it is delivered. The first one is processing and handling, the second one is production and the last one is shipping.

Once your order is submitted you will receive proof image within 2-3 business days (usually even faster). At this point you will be allowed to request free revisions if needed, which may take additional time depending on requested corrections. After proof image is approved it takes up to 3-6 business days to be produced, usually much faster (please refer to the below table). This time depends on the type and size of the artwork. You will receive another notification with a tracking link and number when your order is shipped.

During the winter Holiday Season, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day minor delays may happen. During these holidays we work 7 days a week and much longer hours to prevent, or better to say to minimize those delays. However, delays may happen due to high volume or workload.

Free standard shipping for all US continental addresses.

Shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces (AA), Armed Forces (AE), Armed Forces (AP) and US Territories (Virgin Islands (US), Guam) starts from $1.90 to maximum $9.90. This depends on type of artwork and size.

We offer two expedite shipping services which heavily depends on the type of art and size so the shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout as options to choose from.

The percentages displayed in the table are the percentage of orders at the specific stage/number of days in transit. The table below applies to standard shipping from the US to the US, and the date ranges for the data are trailing 2-weeks

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MBDesign4u2 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours (usually much sooner) for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping delays may occur during the holiday season due to the current economic climate for the major shipping carriers. We recommend you keep up-to-date with the latest news from the major carriers to understand any shipping and delay expectations.

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please, if possible, provide a physical address, if not the shipment will not be MBDesign4u2 responsibility. Nor if it is lost, undelivered or damaged.

You may change ship to address during processing and handling your order. Changing address after you approve proof image is not possible. You as customer will have to work with carriers to change destination address and if any additional fees are included you would have to cover them.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. All refunds, returns, and exchanges regulations and procedures are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Please make sure you read it!
